Hi Everyone, I've been in and out of the Neighborhood, but today, I decided to get back to where I can get some help. I weighed in at 163 up from 140 my lowest weight since WLS. I am going shopping to get the stuff I need to begin the 5DPT on Monday. Any words of encouragement are welcome. God bless you all and Kaye for having this website.

Hey there. How is it going? I am on day 3 and actually feel wonderful today. Yesterday another thing. Felt really bad and took advice and ate apple slices x 2 and felt much better. Hope all is goign great!!
